Over 25 years of experience in the waste and energy fields. Was the CEO of the Israeli sewerage infrastructure development authority. Founded a successful company in the WtE field, M.Sc. in Hydrology and Environmental Science.
Isaac brings over 20 years of experience in R&D and project management. Isaac is a mechanical engineer with a masters degree in industrial design from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.

Uzi is a mechanical engineer with over 28 years of experience in R&D and Marine Technologies.
Dr. Chanan Gabay,
Founder & CBDO
Chanan holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics. Over 40 years of experience in material engineering including laboratories management and business development. Chanan also holds experience in directing EU Funding and SME coaching.
